This is a plain summary of what this website is and is not. It is not a substitute for the written agreement we sign with a customer, and where the two differ the agreement is what binds us.
What this site is
A description of what we build and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract, and reading it creates no obligation on either side.
Figures and claims
Every number on this site describes the one system we run in production today. It is a record of what has happened, not a promise of what will happen for you. Anything we would commit to for your business is written down and confirmed before you commit to anything.
How work is agreed
Any engagement runs under a separate written agreement that names the scope, the price and what happens if either side wants to stop. That document, not this page, is what governs the work.
The site itself
It is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is available without interruption, and we may change what it says as the product changes.
